Wordless Wednesday - Listing Photos - Suggestions?

My parents have decided to sell their house.  So, during my last visit I took a few photos of the living room and dining room for their listing.  I quickly realized I’ve never taken photos of a home before and I have no idea what kind of shots should be captured for selling your home. 

Here’s a sample of the photos that were taken:

 
Any suggestions?  Should more/less wall be in the picture?  Would removing any more of the furniture help or hinder?  I'd love suggestions!
