House Warming Party

A few weeks before New Year’s two good friends threw a house warming party.   Not knowing many people at the party, I didn’t break out my camera the way I usually  do.  However....that's not to say that no pictures were taken.

Here are a few of my favorites: 

 

 

Lesson 1: Even in the digital age (especially in the digital age) black and white can be fun.
Lesson 2: When you are in a relaxed environment, feel free to experiment a bit more than normal.
Lesson 3: You can try focusing on just one part of your subject (like a beard) just to see if it changes perspective at all.
